Licence for Hugo Theme from EEINN

This licence applies to the purchase and use of the Hugo theme sold via Gumroad by EEINN.

By purchasing this theme, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Use You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this theme for one website only (whether personal or commercial).

2. Prohibited Use

   • You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage this theme, either in original or modified form.
   • Agencies or developers may not use this theme to create websites for multiple clients or resell it as part of a service or product.
   • You may not include this theme in any product offered for sale, licence, or distribution.

3. Modifications You may modify the theme for your own use. However, the modified version remains subject to this licence.

4. Ownership This theme remains the intellectual property of the author. Purchasing the theme grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the theme code or design.

5. No Warranty The theme is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The author shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use.

6. Attribution Requirement You must include a visible credit with a link to the author on the website using the theme if you have purchased the standard version. This credit should read:

   Theme by EEINN

   You may place this credit in the footer or another visible location on the site. Attribution must remain unless you have purchased a separate No Attribution Licence, if available.
